About Mancom
Mancom is a nonprofit organization registered in Manchester, UK. It was founded in 2016 with the aim to serve the unprivileged communities. Mancom vision is to identify the people or communities in need and help them in whichever way they need. We have designed several projects and international trips for charity purpose and have extended a helping hand to them. Your help has made us capable of transforming hundreds of thousands of lives so far. Since our creation, we have raised a huge sum of donations. These donations, over years, have been used to help many communities across the world in many ways. Our mission is to assist those who don’t have access to basic facilities of life like education, clean water, food, sanitation, etc.
There is still a lot more to do. As there is still a large flux of people who are deprived of basics and we strive to serve them. With your help and generous donations, we are planning more projects like food drives, education support, clean water campaigns, small loans, supporting orphans, etc. Your little act of charity can make a huge difference in someone’s life. Mancom Mission
Our motto is “striving for the community”. And over the years we have devised various ways to do it. Some of them are food drives, clean water camps, small loans grants, education support, etc. our mission is to provide the communities with the basic facilities which they are deprived of. Here are some important aspects of our mission about which we are very enthusiastic:
To provide clean water
What is the thing that is most essential to live for a living being? It is clean drinking water. And you will be surprised to know that a huge number of communities around the globe don’t have access to clean water. Drinking contaminated water has created many health problems in these communities. These diseases have not just affected the health of the people but also have claimed many precious lives. Malnutrition is extremely common in people especially the children belonging to these communities.
With your help and donations, we have conducted various clean water camps over time. We have targeted the areas of the globe that are in the utmost need of clean drinking water. And through our new projects about charity, we are planning to conduct more clean water campaigns in the future. As still, hundreds of thousands of people on this planet don’t have clean water to drink. Your generous donations can provide these particular communities access to clean water.
To provide basic sanitation and hygiene
Poor sanitation can lead to many diseases and can cause many health issues. Some of these issues can be chronic and also prove to be fatal in some cases. This situation can be prevented by a simple and basic sanitation system. But, many communities lack resources to provide themselves basic sanitation and hygiene due to several reasons. These reasons can be war destructions, poor infrastructure, poverty, etc.
Poor hygienic conditions in underdeveloped areas have claimed many lives in the past. Especially of the expectant or young mother, newborn babies, and elders. We have run many campaigns in the past for providing basic sanitation and hygiene conditions for such communities. And with your help, we are planning many more similar campaigns for communities in need around the globe.
Basic health care
Mancom has utilized a large sum of donations on health care camps in different parts of the world. Everyone should be able to enjoy basic health care facilities. But sadly it’s not the case. Lack of health care facilities in underdeveloped areas has transformed treatable aliments into chronic diseases in many individuals. Health care camps can help to diagnose and treat people in need of basic health care. It is also a first step towards improving the health conditions of a particular community.
To support children
Mancom stresses greatly on the welfare of children especially orphans in underdeveloped areas. Through our education campaigns, food drives, and health care camps we have reached out to many children in various parts of the planet. Mancom vision is to provide every unprivileged child the opportunities in life that he or she deserves. Like quality education, food, clean water, and a peaceful community. This will help them grow and will provide them bright prospects for their future. Your donation can play a vital role in transforming a child’s future completely.
To support local economies
Small loans can help people in underdeveloped areas to start small businesses. This can give them away to earn a livelihood. Through which they can support themselves as well as their families.
